Top 3 Features of iOS 4, and I'm a believer.

iPhone users take note, the latest OS for your iPhone is ready. iOS 4, is now available for download. Just start your iTunes application, connect your iPhone, and you should be able to update your iPhone following the instructions that iTunes directs.

Just a note, that iOS 4 works with iPhone 4, iPhone 3Gs and iPhone 3G, but the multitasking feature is only compatible with iPhone 4 and iPhone 3Gs handsets.

I bet some of the features that iPhone users would have already know, All information can be found on Apple's website, and definitely more comprehensive than what i have to say. But let's do a quick run through of the features.

I've picked the Top 3 features that I liked about the new OS.

I guess the greatest feature of all time or legacy iPhone users would be Multi-tasking.
The ability to now multitask wud mean users no longer have to close an app in order to access another app, such as exiting your facebook app in order to tweet on your twitter app.

I like the fact that with the new OS, users can now intelligently add and organize apps in Folders. Just drag and drop an app on to another app, and iOS 4 intuitively creates a folder under a name that guesses what would be the appropriate classification of the app that you are organizing them under. This will indeed make the screen neater, makes application usage easier for access, and most importantly increase the number of apps that the iPhone can hold. A great news to app developers and end users alike.

I sync-ed my company emails on my iPhone, and my previous experience with the mail client was good but could be better, and with the new Email feature upgrade, I would have to say i'm satisfied so far. It organizes every mail so amazingly neat by threads, under a central inbox! Now you can experience email like a real conversation as to what transverse in between emails and across the various accounts that a user might have.

So what's for iOS 4 (G), (Gs), (5), I would like to see the OS becoming something like a desktop replacement. File Management is definitely what i would like to see in upcoming OS developments.

I think there should be some flexibility and scalability for iPhone to be able to transfer data, documents, files and managed these files through iPhone without relying on 3rd party apps, i feel that 3rd party apps can be used for reading the files, but iPhone should provide the platform for people to transfer, store and manage files. Users can easily transfer a file from work (may raise security concerns), not by synchronising or opening iTunes, but by normal drag and drop.

Oh well, over a rating of 5 stars, iOS 4 gets a good 4.5 stars, for being more innovative, more productive, more Power a mobile device can get.

CBOSS - they do this every year, showcasing European beauties, question is, what would the association be? Would you want your product to be just associated with beauties too good only for phototaking crowds, or do you want people to think of a certain technology, think of CBOSS?

I guess the objectives must be set right, if you set out the objectives for this tradeshow to attract crowds, then CBOSS definitely has made the cut. But you should compare the number of people who came to watch the performance of these delectable ladies to the number of enquiries you got from this show.

Samsung Mobile - nice. Had a hands-on on their new handset, Galaxy that runs on Android 2.1. (it's great, good display, intuitive navigation, big, wide screen (4"))

Skype gets my vote on Best Booth Design, Best Color in Design, Best Theme, Skype offers free slurpee when you visit their booth!

I'm glad that vouchies is one of the very few local firms to have paid attention to social media , and its strategy of engaging its members through social media such as facebook is a plus +++ its concept of "crowd-ing", getting everyone together, on a single objective is encouraging.

Though it might be tough to get every member together at first and get adjusted to group purchase... but it should gradually take form.

What vouchies might want to do next is to offer a variety of products appealing to pockets of its members, such as those interested in technology, gadgets, lifestyles, beauty and etc, and keep their members interested, and continue to enforce and enrich on their referrals programme.
